PRINTER

We print on a Roland SolJet Pro II EX which is most flexible eco-solvent printer on the market. With high speed throughput of speeds up to 28 sq m per hour, this is a real workhouse and a centre-piece of a true production system. It prints at a Max. 1440 dpi and is color calibrated 2-3/week based on enironment characteristics (heat, humidity, etc...).

PRINTING MATERIAL

Our digital print film is a 3-mil glossy white calendered flim coated with bubble releasing, tinted, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The X-scape system allows installers to achieve speedy installation while maintaining high enough tack to ensure long term bond. This film combines the best of both worlds - ease of installation and durability of adhesion. Designed for indoor and outdoor graphics, it is made of 100% polymeric face stock with poly-coated liner. The glossy face stock is designed for applications requiring High Gloss or more image "pop." The special tinted adhesive system is designed for opacity to cover existing graphcis or dark substrates. Unprinted, under normal use, this film is rated for outdoor durability up to 5 years.

LAMINATE

We protect your board and custom graphics with an American made, pressure-sensitive (no heat needed to apply), cast laminate that hugs your board after it is applied. It is available in both matte and glossy finish to best display your graphics.
